Shipping policy

Orders marked as 'In Stock' will be shipped out within approx. 14 business days. ApexBuilt, Inc. is not to be held responsible for any errors made by our shipping partner(s), including but not limited to: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, ESTES, etc. 

ApexBuilt advises that due to the customized nature of these products deliveries can and should be considered as taking approx. 8 weeks from time order is accepted.  ApexBuilt urges buyers to consider this matter, be aware of it, and clearly understand and accept this timeline before ordering. 

ApexBuilt shows a 1-day return policy due to the provider template limitations.  ApexBuilt offers unique, customized, high end high quality products and all orders placed should be considered non-cancelable, non-changeable and non-returnable.  As and when a Return is allowed it must be approved by ApexBuilt Management sales@shopapexbuilt.com and will face a minimum restock fee of 25 % 
To be eligible for any return consideration in any way, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for all return shipment costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  ApexBuilt would advise that manufacturing defects, while extremely rare, can and do occur - and they are mainly visible and obvious immediately

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, made-to-order items, custom items, counter samples, or gift cards.
